Hi Jane Thanks for the reply. I went to the web site and they don't give any speed #. I am really frustrated, I can't reach any one to answer any of my questions. They were quick to call me back when I wanted to sign up.GGGG. This is what I was afraid of before I signed up but I did want the high speed service. In the mean time I can't set up my e-mail etc. Ernie
