Here's one of your heroes:

General Yaron of the Isreali military, testifying about the Sabra/Shatila massacres by the gang of thugs Israel had organized and sent into the camps, denied that the IDF made no effort to rescue people in the camps. He said that at one point, he saw a group of people "with blond hair" being taken away by the Phalangists. He ran down and ordered them to be freed at once.
