"After the lockup agreements pertaining to this offering expire 180 days from the date of this prospectus, an additional 56, 253, 824 shares will be eligible for sale in the public market, 35,004,435 of which are held by directors, executive officers and other affiliates, and are subject to volume limitations under RUle 144 of the Securities Act and various vesting agreements."
