What report is old? The $1.5B shelf registration news for IFX just came out today and was highlighted on Briefing.com about an hour ago.

Bollingger bands at 19.60 and 24.50 indicating to me a fair amount of possible downside. Money flow and momentum negative

Infineon Technologies Files Shelf Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
MUNICH, Germany, Mar 5, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Infineon Technologies AG (FSE/NYSE:IFX) today announced that it has filed a "shelf" registration statement on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

By registering securities through the shelf registration process, the Company will be able to issue ordinary shares or debt securities, in one or more offerings from time to time, up to an aggregate offering price of $1.5 billion. Infineon has no immediate plans to begin such an offering.
