While things may not be perfect in "Leave it to Beaverland", there is a reason why that is where folks are moving too and Democratic run innercities are where they are running from. You'll NEVER be able to make a factbased case that there are more drugs and violence in middle/upperclass neighborhoods so let's stop with the, er, contrivance. As for abortions, they are NOT disruptive to a classroom which was if you remember, the topic.

Further more, your attempt to politicize this problem is, in my opinion, part of the problem and why I fear we'll never see resolution. The disserved children deserve better than the crap we give them.

Statistic I saw last week indicated just the opposite: Evangelical Christian parents were more likely to get divorced than when both partners were atheists.

Don't make your economic decisions based upon such faulty analysis. This is a conclusion, not a suitable substitute for the facts, much less the methodology used in the study. You know what they say about studies......
