Challo -- MCDT and MCDTA are a legacy of the spinoff from EMC, though I gotta say I don't remember exactly why (If you owned EMC, I believe you got MCDTA and if you bought the IPO shares, you got MCDT, but I can't be sure). For a long time, the MCDTA shares sold at a nice discount to MCDT -- but checking today, I see that gap has closed. the freep
