Ram would not want a temple rise on the ashes of the dead. The days of submission are gone. The days of supine submission are gone, though the reprisal killings, that too by the self-professed vegetarians of Gujarat, do not uphold Sanatana Dharma, which they want to practice by building Ram temple in Ayodhya. The incineration and killing of the Hindus in a box car with no escape route is unpardonable, but the unjustifiable reprisal killing of muslims, out of proprotion to the loss suffered by the Hindus is even worse. In the present state, the minority out of step with, and inimical to the interests of the majority have no way other than peaceful means to achieve their goal. In my view, Ram would not want a temple rise in His honor on the ashes of so many dead people. The petty local mindless muslim politicians are blamed for what happened. The Godhra muslim politicians are stricken with the fever of the middle east politics and killings. They tried to emulate it in their own nefarious manner. The Hindu won't take the nonsense anymore and wants to assert his Hinduness in his country. I feel that there is no need for a temple now and let the judicial system handle the temple matter.
