This comparison is particularly meaningless: "Evangelical Christian parents were more likely to get divorced than when both partners were atheists" How many "evangelical" couples do you know? I know Jim and Tammy Fay could not make it, but I think Doug was referring to suburbia in general, not evangelical ministaries. When making comparisons to national populations you should use something more than a statistically miniscule part of the population. Otherwise your premise looks "simplistic and contrived"
