I would agree with that. I'm just pointing out that people shouldn't be complacent with that arrangement.

One has to wonder about the motivation of a person with no kids in the program.

I remember this part of the conversation, too. I remember posting that most of my long-time friends have no children and that most of them do volunteer work. It's very natural for people who have no children of their own to want a parenting-type experience, to give something back for those who helped them when they were kids, or to offer some of their free time to help stressed-out parents. None of my friends would ever molest a child. It would be a shame to reject their contributions out of hand.
