Gopher, re: "200 good die per wafer for a 129 sq mm chip on a 200 mm wafer sounds like a pretty good yield to me" This is 200 candidate dies per wafer as this is all that will fit and not the number that work (yield) let alone that are marketable (bin split). AMD's slide (from BoA) says "GDPW" which must mean gross die per wafer. -PT
