Petz,

I doubt that Clawhammer will have 100M chips. How do you go from .18u chips with ~120mm^2 die size which has 37.5M transistors to .13u chip that is 104mm^2 and has 100M transistors?

I recall Hans mentioned that AMD is using very inefficient SRAM cell, which has a lot of room for improvement, but this kind of improvement is just not credible.
