Yes, it stuck me as a protectionist type of move...not very reasuring to say the least. BTW, Hahn, who has been extremely accurate with some of his turns lately has a projection to the eod today for the Nasdaq, and there is a Bradley (Helio)turn due at this time as well. Manfred Zimmel who charts these Bradley turns is quite bearish here as well i believe...
