Steel Tariffs and Quotas:
It's bad enough to back out of the staunchly Free Trade posture we've had for many years, but, politically, this idea of picking favorites (We like Mexico, Canada and various poor nations, but we don't like Europe, Korea, Russia and Japan.) is poison. This is a major mistake by Bush politically, and possibly economically as well.
