I love it when people say "this time it is different". He goes from the vix to trin and then dismisses the trin but says that the trin.nq is useful. He does say that he thinks this is a bear market rally and that he expects the next decline to be as bad or worse than what we have experienced. His later discussion should scare the hell out of bulls.
