On a less elevated note, I just made $.10 on Qcom calls. Yep, that's right. $.10. Not $.10 a contract but just plain and simple $.10.

I bought, as I posted sometime back, Qcom March 35s at $4.80 on the first Enron related dip when the stock was below 35; watched it climb back into the low 40s and the price of the call go up to around $7.50; got greedy and refused to sell it back; watched Qcom price sink into the low 30s and the price of the call go way down.

So, this morning, when it got back to the $4.80 to $5 range and began waffling, I sold at $4.90. After commissions, etc. it produced $.10. Now, of course, the stock will go to $45 and you have me to thank for it.

But, as they say, a learning experience.

John
