found it thanks.....kondratief wave....the plateau period of the last 20 years is behind us...the world wide expansion...ie 3rd wave or recognition wave of free enterprise is now sweeping the globe....the multinational corporations that make up the bulk of the DJIA are the primary benificiaries...and with the dows divisor a meer fraction of wat it was 20 years ago....and the corrective process of the monster rally that began in 87 now behind us..it is apparent that the market is about to discount all that in a huge way in its own recognition or 3rd wave advance...this one will make wat happened in Japans bull market look like childs play in comparison....dow 16660 is this years target...once thats exceeded the real fun begins....Nicolai was very observant.....and he suffered for it....not unlike any bull is suffering for uttering the same in this cyber world.....as an aside.....the edifice complex is continuing to do its work...1929.the tallest structure in the US was built...the market crashed.....then the tallest building in the world was built in Asia....the Asain markets crashed....Kmart built a huge world headquarters....its market crashed....Bill Gates built a monster house of unparralled proportions......MSFT then became under attack..........911 Manhattans tallest times 2 was taken down...the result is images.jsc.nasa.gov ....http://www.wolanchuk.com/
