JLA, the paragraphs after the first diatribe should be heeded. The Patriot Act does in fact have the ability to strip the constitution and erode freedom. It is all of our responsibility to ensure this does not happen. Stifling "freedom of speech" like what is going on with Daschle is not a good thing. We all should be encouraging discussion vs zipping lips.
