biowa,
thanks for the link, wisconsin sure controls mucho bucks 43.3 billion.
hope they have some insight the seller do not. the big blocks did continue today with nine see this site (http://www.stocksmart.com/ows-bin/owa/sd.g?i=54)
but what was more important the price rebounded almost everytime with an uptick, not like last wed and thur. this could be a good sign but i will wait to see already have to many shares.

as to the 144's and where found take a look at this site:
edgar-online.com

show 10 144's on may 12. i do not have an account so do not know how many shares this represents (which is important). regardless the shares have most likely been sold as is the normal course for the 144's. i did not follow the stock in may and just recently jumped in.

<<IMO it's interesting to note, however, that the 1996 proxy statement indicates an
April-May 1997 window for exercise of incentive plan stock options by officers
and directors. These options probably are exercisable for restricted shares. IMO,
however, the current selling isn't due to insiders, I'm sure they must be blacked-out
right now>>

i did read this in one of the documents think it was the 10q. i can not verify sells during that time.

<<That leaves shorts, or one or more of the smaller institutional holders. IMHO>>

yep i agree. wish i knew why.

gw

ps thanks for the welcome aboard.
