I bet Hindus were better off with the British running the show than the Moslems. They made a lot of progress with the British introducing civilized government. The Maharajahs continued to do very well. I dare say that part or most of the problem is not really the temple but the Moslems are wanting to help in the jihad against everything non-Moslem. India is the front line. There are very few in the USA [relatively] and they know to not be too violent there because they'll be in jail the next morning. In India, they have Kashmir and they want to fight over that. They have the conflict with Pakistan and they want to support Moslem Pakistan. They want to support the Taleban and Osama. I think they will cause a lot of problems in India but India can managed the situation without collapse. They are already collapsed [more or less]. People eke out an existence and there's little to collapse. Superstitious religious cranks infected with megalomania are quite a problem. Moslems seem to be the main problem. Name a pleasant and peaceful Moslem country. From Algeria to Indonesia, they are hacking and killing. From Chechnya in the north to Nigeria in the south, they are hacking and killing. They are spreading murder and mayhem across the globe. I'd never thought that I would be in the midst of crazed religious jihad versus crusade and incantations to having God on our side. I laughed when I saw the articles about Bush being chosen by God for the presidency. Hilarious but those people are serious. They don't seem to understand that he was appointed by the Supreme Court and the founding premise of Christianity is that people have free will and choose things themselves, for good or ill. They don't understand their own crazed belief system. The alleged Christian creator does NOT act as CEO, micromanaging appointments of presidents and whether a plane crashes and one person lives - it's always so funny when God saves that person and people praise him but don't blame him for the crash which killed everyone else. Christians are more loopy than Moslems! What a mess. I wish they'd all fly off to Hale-Bopp, Valhallah or somewhere. Mq
