This is a win-win for GLG and FGX. FGX get nearly the price they wanted and get to go on with a new company and do what they do best: explore. GLG gets some more great leverage on POG and will prove much more resources on FGX property, IMO. FWIW, I think GLG will initially take a hit. The company doing the takeover usually does. GLG is diluting 20% after all. But they when/if POG moves above $300 watch what GLG does then! Wayne
