I would like to see Greenspan retire. I do not believe that his constant tinkering with the interest rates and money supply is good for the economy.

So now he says that he would not mind seeing a little inflation, this basically tells us that he isn't going to raise interest rates if he sees any. This in turn means that individuals and businesses will not have any incentive to start paying down their debt. And IMO, as long as we have that debt hanging over our heads, we have serious issues with our economy.
