TO RAISE $750,000 BY PRIVATE PL ... Capital Alliance Group will conduct a non-brokered private placement to raise $750,000 by the issuance of three million units at a price of 25 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to purchase, for a period of two years, one additional common share at a price of 31 cents. This private placement is subject to Canadian Venture Exchange acceptance
