The shorts need a hatchet job. The timing of this is perfect. Hit the stock while it is down for the stock offering.

The shorts have been throwing lots of shares (look at the short interest over the last 9 months) at ITMN and that has not kept the stock down. Much of the increase may be hedging of the converts (3.9 million). But with short interest at 6 million shares we are well beyond the hedging of the convert.

This should lead to a rude awakening for the shorts - I HOPE.
