Looks like SI is starting to look like Yahoo..

PCSTEL - I have been watching your lies long enough. PROVE that NextWave missed their buildout deadlines. A little hint for you - YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO. That is because they didn't miss their buildout deadlines.

LOL!!! Sure I can..

Do you know how to use the FCC's ULS? Probably not, so I will help you out.

(Copy and paste this link into a new NETSCAPE BROWSER window) The ULS don't like MS Explorer??

wireless.fcc.gov

Select "Search Licneses" widget.

Now you have a new screen called "License Search"

Select "Market Based" from the pull down menu. and click "Continue

Under License Search put in the following data.

In the Market Field: BTA321

No spaces, BTA321 is NY City BTA

Under Radio Service Code:
Highlight CW - PCS Broadband

Now click SEARCH

You will see.
KNLF644 01/30/02 Nextwave Personal Communications Inc.

Click the link!
Here is Nextwaves license. Not the 1st Buildout Deadline.

1st Build Out Deadline: 01/03/2002

Now in the bottom frame under "License Options"
Select: Application(s) and click "GO"

The top return will show..
0000773257 Required Notification

Click that link: This will open the Notification of Buildout Application that was filed by Nextwave to the FCC.

Look under Item 2
2) Application Purpose: Required Notification

Look at the date and time submitted in the upper right cornor!
