Now you have a new screen called "License Search" Select "Market Based" from the pull down menu. and click "Continue Under License Search put in the following data. In the Market Field: BTA321 No spaces, BTA321 is NY City BTA Under Radio Service Code: Highlight CW - PCS Broadband Now click SEARCH You will see.
