I generally agree. Usually in large companies duties get divided at the top. Remember that Skilling was only in that job for six months. The hedging and trading activities had been going on for much longer. Also true I believe for the self dealings going on. To my knowlege Skilling never benefited from taking positions in special entities against his employer. Those SPC's had to have lost a lot more money than the investors in them took out. I wonder who made the bulk of the money. Congress should look at who took the other side of the hedging transactions.
