Dean, Thanks for posting your notes from the conference call. Just a couple of comments for the board to consider. <<CG shipping to amati in a few weeks commercial availability a couple of months after that. TI chip to AMTX by Oct.9th. production quantities by end of November.>> CG in commercial quantities by end of August tracks with my current understanding. I was under the impression we already had pre-release TI chips. Production quantities by end of November is disappointing.. I thought we'd have 'em sooner than that. <<Expect GTE rollout announcement in the next few weeks, by end of summer.>> This is good news. I don't think anyone thought we'd get the whole order. Lets hope we get a big piece. <<JS flat out stated that they have the best modem in the world. DMT vs. CAP battle is over. DMT has won according to JS. Issues now are cost size and power among DMT suppliers. (the WSTL CAP modem was using 7.5 watts)>> I'm glad it wasn't Tac reporting on who has the best. He'd probably say it's an open issue. Can we get JS to take over marketing? <<NEC contract for Hong Kong VDSL proceeding very well. Excellent relationship with NEC. Contract is for 2 million Large quantity of product shipping feb/mar time frame.>> This is potentially great news. Maybe I'm not understanding this correctly, but are you saying Amati has a "contract" with NEC to provide 2 million modems to be shipped by next Feb/March? Or $2 million? Ross
