Russwinter, Claude, Elizabeth, Thanks so much for your well founded research and posts. It is my opinion that we have one of the best threads on the net. I only wish I had more time to contribute. I think we must remember that this deal doesn't conclude until May 15. I think there is next to no down side and there remains up side potential if the POG rises creating other possible bids. If POG starts to move we could find ourselves involved in a bidding war yet. If POG stays as is or drops a bit, then as it is written nothing will change. There are other stocks we all know of though that have a good chance of taking off at any time. BAY , MFL for example. I think for me it would be a good time to take some profit out of FGX and load up if possible on some of these others. Any thoughts Regards Scott
