Strange comment on a day when the semis were down don't you think?

If we get another upleg right here, it will require a MAJOR breakout in the VIX/VXN, that is a very low odds play. One could have made a ton of money just shorting the market at VIX 22 (where we are now) and buying it at 35+ over the last couple of years.
