Once again You are showing your shear ignorance! Nice try though! ANSWER: ALL OF NextWave's Build-out dates were TOLLED. Now wise guy, go figure that word out and get off of this thread - you have been exposed for your lies and deciet. If you dislike NextWave so much, why then post here? Just to LIE? I will let you ramble some more, continuing to show the board what a fool and liar you really are, then I will explain TOLLING and why the licenses were TOLLED.
