So let me get this straight that after eight years as President the good was the cause of Reagan/bush when Clinton was President. After, six months in the Bush term the bad that occurred was not their fault but Clinton's. But immediately thereafter the success of our military was Bush's credit. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, seems you are reading from the book of right wing conservative fantasies.
