Thanks for posting this. It is good news. Good news especially for ADSL in general. Tempered (for AMTX) by the fact that they had to mention WSTL - recall not that long ago AMTX was supposed to have the entire GTE contract sewed up all by themselves (thanks to DMT).

Secondly I would be cautious in accepting their claim that DMT vrs CAP battles are over....what else have they been saying for the last few months/years...?

Long on AMTX...and WSTL..and AWRE.
