MAry, 19 VALENTINE, MARK txedc 6:1998cv00679 11/06/1998 190 05/20/1999 RESTAURANT TEAMS INT vs. DOMINION CAPITAL Interesting to see the name of Restaurant Teams International (RTIN) in there. What's the connection? RTIN and NESS (a favorite company of mine) did a stock swap a while ago, back when Ivan Webb was working as CFO as NESS, and CEO(I think) of BBAN (but before the SEC accused him of manipulating BBAN). One or other (or maybe both) of the Swansons from RTIN had a contract to prepare SEC filings for NESS. Regards, John Sladek
