There are many statistics that show that black on white crime is wildly disproportionate compared to white on black crime. And the percentage of black males who are or have been in prison is certainly infinitely greater than the percentage of males of all races who have molested girls or boys. Yet you have written that no man is safe and wouldn't write, I think and hope, that no black is safe. I believe there are no statistics showing that 99% of black people are guilty of a certain type of crime which affects 2 out of 3 girls and 1 out of 4 boys You are here implying that "99% of [men] are guilty of a certain type of crime which affects 2 out of 3 girls and 1 out of 4 boys." What percentage of men commit rape or molest children? . I don't really care who gets insulted. Why should I censor my posts to make them "safe" and "non insulting even by inference" for people who insult others on purpose? You shouldn't care if you're satisfied with the responses your posts get from those whom you insult and their friends. And your characterization "for those who insult others on purpose" raises a chicken and egg question and those regress infinitely.
