This company is operating with limited mental band-width (people are not very smart, just smart); I would suggest that Gorin is not going to be on the short list of Lou Gerstner replacements. Problem with this is that it makes it very hard to attract the best of the best, unless you are one of them. From the experienced hot-shot to top of the class grad, people aspire to greatness. ARX is a middle of the road to under performer. Ask around the industry....... Just my opinion of course....
