I quickly scanned the Poison Pill details at the time it was introduced. It seemed to be of the same nature as TYGN's. i.e. The directors have the authority to reprice rights for selected shareholders in the event of a hostile takeover. i.e. - Friendly guys get new shares for nothing while hostile guys get severely diluted unless they want to exercise their rights at 100s of dollars each. <Note: This is a layman's loose interpretation not a legally precise description>
