THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN PURE 100% UNADULTERATED MANIPULATION!

You're a fool if you really believe what you're writing. The idea that the analysts downgrade RSTN while their firm buys it below $4 is silly. Analysts don't have any say in what stock their "firm" buys. The brokerages don't take significant equity trading positions, they just maintain some inventory to satisfy demand. Within each brokerage there is an asset management division that runs mutual funds, and the people in that division are like you and me, deciding on their own when to buy and sell stock. Within each brokerage there are also a bunch of brokers that may manage portfolios for wealthy individuals, and each of these brokers independently decides when and where to buy and sell what. The idea that the brokers and asset managers with a given firm are conniving behind the scenes with the research department to manipulate shares lower to buy them cheaply is wrong, and plain stupid.

So why don't you wise up, ignore the analyst's recommendations, and decide for yourself what to buy and sell and decide for yourself what prices are attractive.....
