Richard....Agreed,everyone has their own mindset.Some are short term oriented,some long term,etc.But somewhere,somehow we should be able to set standards.It is great to say that the addition of a measure or a change in the values have improved YOUR system.But how do we know we cant make it better unless we can compare to other approaches. This subject deserves a lot of attention at TAINJ! Jack
