Since then, Samsung's views that RDRAM will be the "desktop memory of choice" has been retracted. Now Samsung says RDRAM won't grow above 15% until 2005. (See, for example, #reply-17124638 or #reply-16963837

P.S. By the way, I'm never going to educate you enough to understand the subtleties of the memory market, I know that's hopeless. All I'm going to do is point out how stupid you are to imagine that you have a clue about it.
