Anyone else here receive the notice of the special ConSyGen meeting on July 10 re increasing number of shares from 17MM to 40MM as an "Anti-Takeover measure"? It says that this notice is first being sent to stockholders on June 26, but I just got my copy today via my discount broker. Does this partly explain the decline in stock price over the last month? Will this be on the newswires soon? I am considering selling some shares, and buying back lower if there is a dip due to dilution of shares(?), but wonder if the test results will be back soon, and will see a nice jump up instead. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
