Pearly, thanks. I think there is an unwritten rule hear no evil see no evil speak no evil. Andersen seems to have a particularly bad record but there are cases for all the firms. Do you remember Barry Minkow and ZZZ best carpet. As I recall Ernst & Young was their auditors - he made the firm look very foolish. Does anyone recall an incident where the accounting firms blew the whistle on a client? mike
