The context of that statement was that I believe we saw the cyclical bottom in the aftermath of 9/11. Having said that, as long as we have business cycles we'll have a bottom for every top. But if I get you right, you think that in 5 to 10 years the markets will be lower than where they are today? Maybe so, but that doesn't mean you can't make money between now and then. Like I said in previous posts, if you are well diversified, you will still make money. Also, if you are a short term trader you can make good guesses as to where things will be. For now, I think the good guess on Cisco was to buy below $15, as I predicted but failed to capitalize on. LOL. Already, I think some friends of ours on this thread have made some good money, when they bought below $15.
