Dan, one problem. Banias doesn't include an on-die memory controller. At least not that I know of. As for Hammer vs. Banias, not a chance. Hammer can never compete with the advantages Banias will have. Yet on the other hand, AMD is making a major push into high-end servers and workstations where I doubt Banias will exist. Tenchusatsu
