This is certainly a possibility I agree. But this ExploreCo will be cash rich. I am also very much convinced that Randy'team will be on the field in Nicaragua between now and lauch time. They may not drill because they would have to release the info. But they will most certainly advance theor properties for drilling later this fall. SO I suscpect that the stock may find a place in many of these funds. So I don't think it will trade at a discount to cash.
