Gerry, Forgive my ignorance, but, how does this work? "...the exchange of stock shares to the new name allows the company the opportunity to call in and eliminate all of the unauthorized or unearned shares. This may turn out to be a plus in getting the company back on solid footing sharewise." Thanks Theo
