So they're going to mail something to O'Quinn, who may or may not take the case. If there's not a deep pocket to go after, I doubt he'll take it.

Considering MDMN's history of unfulfilled promises, the most recent of which was a 1/31 claim that $5 mill would be in hand by February 22, your celebration is premature and unjustifed.
