*1) Yes, I think it was wrong for terrorists to kill thousands of civilians in New York City on September 11th.

2) In response to September 11th, the United States, with credible evidence should arrest or kill those responsible for the crime.

It is equally wrong for America to do the same to civilians in other countries.
