Isn't PW IBM's LOOONG time Accounting Firm --- if I remember correctly ... everytime I went up against PW when bidding for a potential client's hardware/siftware/consulting contract -- PW would ALWAYS recommed IBM.

If I'm right (??), then Don Young as an ex-PW doesn't want HWQ as an IBM enlarged competitor -- hence his negative attitude
