Micrascan revisited..... What do you think the time period would be for seeing orders come in for the new micrascan??? I sort of figured they'd say something at the upcomming Conference later this (next?) week. Also, whats your feeling on the time frame of DUV stepper demand??? I also got the impression that with the speed things seem to be happening (300mm, <.25 micr wise) that we could see demand outstrip supply for a time period when (if?) new fab annnouncements come out. How many of these steppers you think a state of the art cutting edge Fab would use, what type of lead time you think they would need between order and reciept, and is there really anyone else capable of ramping up production like SVGI? I've seen Nikon,Cannon's past numbers and they are very small...can they produce 500 of these things?? 100?? I really have no concept of how difficult it is to ramp production of these these things for the giants like Cannon. Wow, that was a mouthful! Any help is appreciated! Also...I'll tell you one thing, this stock is back on the front burner for the investment houses! They quote the options all day long. Any news will now be seen and acted apon, as apposed to 2 months ago when no one cared. DAK
