To further elaborate, here's what Edelstone said day before yesterday when he upgraded Intel:

We expect Intel to suggest that revenues will be slightly above the mid point of the guided range to $6.7-$7.0 billion and margin upsides are possible

The guided range is below that and there is no margin upside, hence the mild disappointment.
