That last stick is worrisome- but it may just go ahead and break out here- that would probably surprise the most people. The OBV suggests alot of buying has occurred over the last 6 months. One to keep an eye on anyway. A LU long trade was actually my biggest winner last yr. believe it or not. So it can be traded successfully for big % moves- even if it isn't in a bullish trend LT..
